How to Enjoy
The package contains a blend of Lacinato and Russian Kale. Expect a dry texture that can easily be made into a powder. This can easily be carried out by slightly opening the bag to allow the air to escape as you press on the bag to crush the greens. Depending on the recipe that you are using will determine the amount of pressure applied. Smoothies –powder; Soups-small pieces; Greens-leave as packaged.
