Strawberry Hill began as a family farm in the early 1900s when the current owner's grandfather, Perry Cooley, purchased the land to grow cotton. In the 1950s, it started as a peach farm, but later added strawberries in 1995.
Since then, both the family and the farm has grown. Strawberry Hill USA is now the largest strawberry farm in South Carolina. They also grow over 1000 acres of peaches, 36 acres of blackberries, apples, and pumpkins. After 70 years of farming, their farm is well known throughout the Upstate of South Carolina for flavorful fruits, family-friendly events, and authentic farm experience.
