Washington State may be famous for its apples, but the Mathison family believes those aren't the only fruits worth growing. Since 1964, they've operated Stemlit farms, which grows pears, cherries, nectarines, and, of course, apples.
Stemlit Farms grows six different varieties of cherries. We chose the dark sweet cherries because of their (well-described) sweetness. Dark cherries have a longer growing season and thrive in the vast sunshine of Eastern Washington state. They're also perfect for baking!
C-Squared Productions is proud to feature Stemlit's World famous cherries in our freeze-dried selection.
